  • Take a glass of PLAIN WATER 30 minutes before your meal of healthy diet food and you find that a small portion will make you pretty full.   •  Include PROTEINS in your healthy diet food. This is because protein food is the most difficult to digest.   5. Note your experiences. Whatever happens the first time, commit to do it again the following week or month. Regular fasting is an extremely powerful tool to build your faith and character
